Are You Ready For This?
Have you ever come across the question - "Are you ready for this?" and without thinking you say "yes - i am ready for this!" Is it the right thing to do? right thing to say? its the spur of the moment!
in a way it is good~! in a way it is appreciable~! you are what you are and you do what you do! its the test of the strength, the test of your accuracy and a lot more!
gives you reason to believe, reason to reason yourself and see what you are made of! no matter what people around you say, no matter what they do, no matter where they come from! its you who stand up for yourself and deliver! the slack is over, the flack you face is over and then again! its time for reminiscence - i wish i was that, i wish i would be this! its a new you - a new day and live up to what people expect out of you! but then again the contrary point to this is - "Never expect it makes you fall flat on your face!" - people never cease to expect, its natural human tendancy! its how you put the load, the pressures on others, not because you want to keep your hands clean nits just that you want people to learn and grow into what they should be!
harnessing the best out of someone is not bad, till the time you dont push it! there is always a thin line between any two extremes and we tread a risky path!
i was watching a show on a popular news channel about the Indian Armed Forces - me being from an army background myself, things like these interest me! the host of the show was speaking to a para commando in rajasthan, they specialise in Desert Warfare! so the host asked this young Lieutenant of about 24 years - he asked him that doesn't it bother him that he might venture out in ememy territory and not come back? this young gun replied - Sir, there is a thin line between life and death! the safety of my men is of utmost importance, but when i venture into enemy territory i am not sure if i will come back but my men will and also the enemy will not be alive!
Now i ask - i'm ready for this.... are YOU ready for this???
